Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance according to your selected plan and cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Availability
We target enterprise-grade uptime and publish incident reports for significant events. Enterprise SLAs are described in the Master Services Agreement.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that materially breach these Terms.
Limitation of liability
Except for uncapped items (indemnities, confidentiality breach), aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
